The Package
You have noticed that the cutting boards have a very peculiar packaging. For me each board is like a good piece of meat, that’s why they are vacuum packed to preserve the oil that will preserve the wood, and I design them with the shape of each cut of meat so that in addition to being functional, they make a perfect match with the meat that is used.
